Please review our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns and Exchanges
All of our products are made to order just for you.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind).
Please double-check your order details (size, color, shipping address) before submitting.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will happily offer a free replacement or full refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit and the tracking shows no delivery within the estimated time frame, please contact us.
We will open an investigation and, if confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Return Address
In most cases, returns will be sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility.
We will provide the correct return instructions if your item is eligible for return.
Important Notes
- Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed Packages: Packages that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. Reshipping costs will apply if you want the package sent again.
